Healthcare is built on trust. Preparation helps us honour it.

A patient needs a careful assessment. A family needs a clear explanation. A clinic needs reliable systems. A founder needs a plan that can work on the ground.

Your learning has a place in each of these responsibilities.

PCPAPE brings them together in one Foundation Programme: clinical understanding, practical preparation, business decisions and organised healthcare services.

Whether you are preparing for your first clinic, strengthening an existing practice or exploring a healthcare venture, the purpose is the same: to become more confident, capable and responsible in the work you do.

Our purpose

Our Vision

To build a community of confident, skilled, ethical and practically prepared AYUSH professionals who serve society through sound knowledge, responsible clinical judgement and meaningful healthcare work on the ground.

Our Mission

To connect academic understanding with practical experience; strengthen clinical reasoning and patient communication; develop business and organisational skills; and prepare professionals to recognise challenges, understand their limits and seek appropriate collaboration.

Knowledge, confidence, compassion and ethical responsibility must grow together.

Four learning areas. One foundation for your professional journey.

1. Kidney Care & Clinical Management

Faculty: Ayurvedacharya Dr. Abhishek

Develop a structured foundation in kidney-care assessment, report interpretation, patient communication and responsible care planning.
Explore:

  • Renal presentations, laboratory trends and patient assessment.
  • Ayurvedic perspectives, Kidney Kavach and the DNA Kayakalp framework.
  • Nutrition, monitoring, medicine review and coordinated care.
  • Warning signs, referral needs and realistic patient counselling.
  • Kidney-focused OPD organisation, follow-up and documented case discussions

2. Ksharsutra & Anorectal Care

Faculty: Dr. Vikas Gupta

Understand the assessment, preparation and follow-up involved in caring for patients with piles, fistula and fissure.
Explore:

  • Clinical assessment, differential diagnosis and patient selection.
  • Kshara and Ksharsutra principles, indications and limitations.
  • Consent, procedural readiness, asepsis and treatment-setting preparation.
  • Faculty demonstrations and model-based learning.
  • Aftercare, complication recognition, documentation and referral.
Practical focus: Patient-selection, consent and procedural-readiness exercises, with demonstrations and simulations appropriate to participant eligibility.

3. AYUSH Business Blueprint

Faculty: Ayurvedacharya Dr. Abhishek

Bring structure to the decisions involved in starting, running and growing a healthcare practice or venture.
Explore:

  • Clinic, hospital, Panchakarma centre, pharmacy and healthcare business models.
  • Business structures, founder roles, partnerships, equity and profit-sharing.
  • Understanding low patient volumes; organising appointments, teams and daily operations.
  • Pricing, cash flow, funding and investor readiness.
  • Growth through branches, partnerships, franchise models and introductory capital-market pathways.
  • Branding, trademarks, social media and digital tools.
  • Manufacturing, private-label products, medicinal-herb cultivation, international opportunities and real success and failure stories.
Practical focus: A practice or venture blueprint with financial assumptions and a 90-day implementation plan.

4. NABH & Hospital Accreditation, TPA and Cashless Systems

Faculty: Dr. Vikas Gupta

Build foundational understanding of accreditation readiness, insurance empanelment and cashless documentation.
Explore:

  • Relevant NABH pathways, gap assessment and readiness planning.
  • Clinical records, staff responsibilities and everyday hospital systems.
  • Insurers, TPAs, institutional panels and network agreements.
  • Eligibility checks, pre-authorisation and medical-necessity documentation.
  • Discharge records, billing, claims, queries and reconciliation.
Practical focus: A sample facility gap assessment or simulated cashless documentation exercise.

Exposure to both clinical pathways helps participants identify the area they wish to pursue through further advanced training & their clinical journey.

Business learning supports professional growth across these pathways. Accreditation and payer-system learning helps participants understand how organised healthcare services function.

Learning that asks you to participate

You will discuss cases, interpret information, ask questions and apply what you learn.

The programme combines live online teaching with guided assignments, campus demonstrations, practical exercises and structured assessment.

For your individual practical assignment, choose one of the four programme fields and present or complete your work for assessment on the first campus day.

Clinical observation, simulation and procedural participation will be matched to your qualifications, registration and permitted scope of practice.
